Aspiring Cooking Prodigy 😜

 I have got a job offer from a japan company and I am required to move to Tokyo in 6 months. I am excited and confused at the same time. For an Introvert south Indian this could be a tough journey, but nothing comes in life easy. My main goal is to learn to cook easy Tamil foods so that I can survive in an unknown foreign country. I buckled up myself and ready to push myself out of my comfort (always in front of the laptop screen) zone and explore all the essential activities that are required for a modern-day survival of a 21-year-old.

Cooking Diary Episode 1

 My mom suggested that Paneer butter masala would be a very good and interesting dish to start with especially due to its versatility. But, I was not in a mood to cook today, I guess that's what millennials feel. My father was surprisingly enthusiastic and instructed me through the whole way till the food was served. My father was really helpful, but I am a kinda fail and learn guy, so I didn't like my father feeding me all the instructions like I am a baby. I wanted to make my own mistakes and learn from them, maybe my parents don't want me to make mistakes, I don't know. They are really caring, I shouldn't complain. I am in love with coding, as you know computers are miraculous inventions that provide us a kitchen where we can experiment endlessly without worrying about the cost of food and waste.
